Pat Reda, Managing Director and CEO of P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. has over 20 years of combined experience in the corporate Human Resources and Recruiting sector.  She was in Hospital Administration and Nursing Recruiting for a 570 bed teaching hospital in the Midwest United States and worked for a major international fast food chain as a Regional Recruiter and then as a Regional Human Resource Manager.  She then joined a successful family style concept holding several positions: Management Recruiter, Director of Recruiting and Supervisor of Compensation and Benefits.  In 1992, she founded P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc., a human resources management consulting and executive search firm.

Pat has provided Human Resource consulting and executive search to numerous industries in the United States and Ireland.  Pat is a Past President of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services Association.  She has been the guest speaker at colleges, universities, workshops and conferences.
